DO IT FOR YOURSELF


Remember Rule #1
No one is going to make you go, you have to do it yourself for yourself. Sitting at home thinking about the gym will get you no where. Why go to the gym? Why? For your well being, your life, your stress, your health 
Odds are your not in high-school anymore, and your metabolic rate has slowed as mine has. The foods you used to be able to "get away" with seem to find their way to your belly, ass, love handles (in my case) and you get depressed and down because your not the you, you used to be. I know you have that image in your head of what you want be, or what you used to be. 
Now, today is the day is the day you can either make your mind up, to get healthy and back into shape. Set goals, baby step it. Dont go into the gym once a week, and complain because your not seeing results. It takes time poeple!! Its not magic. Make a plan, and start from scratch. the internet is your friend, use it. There is a wealth of tips, from beginner to expert. Make your mind up and do it for you, your health, your heart, you mind and body, and in the end your body will thank you.
